From Saturday till the end of January lifeguard station 10 will (Posto 10) during the weekend be the stage for free concerts, parties, DJ´s, and sports activities. Biking in Rio better every day

Rio de Janeiro is rapidly becoming Latin America´s most cycle friendly city. With 405 kilometer of bike lanes, it has more cycle paths than any other city in Latin America. And it doesn´t stop there. Next year, when the Olympic and Paralympic Games will be held, the aim is to have  450 kilometer of cycle lanes throughout Rio de Janeiro.

Rio de Janeiro opens trains and metro for bikes

11/10/2014  | Biking in Rio de Janeiro becomes more interesting every month. The city government has prioritized the improvement of the biking experience in Cidade Maravilhosa. One of the next steps is the possibility to use public transportation with your bike. The train company as well as the metro have liberated travelling with the bike on week days from 9 pm.
