Biking in Rio better every day

Next year, when the Olympic and Paralympic Games will be held, the aim is to have  450 kilometer of cycle lanes throughout Rio de Janeiro.

Cycling in Rio's favelas more easy

Cycling in Rio de Janeiro will soon be made more easy in some of the city's favelas. The first favelas in Rio to get bike paths will be the communities of Complexo da Maré, in the north of the city. With a length of 22 km, the bike lanes will connect its various communities and its cyclists to the stations of the BRT bus transport.
