Hang gliding in Rio de Janeiro is one of the most popular activities in town. Jumping of the a little bit over 500 meters high Pedra Bonita will make your heart beat a little faster. But once you are hanging in the air it is just an awesome feeling of amazement and freedom.
You will have a great view over the Tijuca Forest, the neighborhood São Conrado, the Dois Irmãos and Pedra da Gavea mountains and the endless ocean. The flight itself takes around 10 minutes, but the experience is for a life time.
The payment of the jump can be done in cash at the pick up point. There you also can pay with credit card but there will be a tax of ten (10) percent, so the price will be 880 reais.,
